9. Sit up
and get
your weight between
hamstring and glute on
your trailing leg
10. Swap your hands over
(once) when you are stable

shoulders over
your hands and
bring your trailing
leg over the wall
12. Keep your elbows
gently locked out
so
your weight is on your
skeleton rather than
your triceps
13. Lower yourself down,
a bit at a time, control is
needed here – leaning
on your elbow, stomach
and chest is fine
14. Keep lowering
till
you are fully stretched
out (protect your
shoulder by keeping
them slightly flexed)
15. Turn 90
degrees
so that
you can bend your
knees as you land
16. Absorb, absorb, absorb!
