Offering a range of challenges, some never before seen at a UK event, these are sure to be band takers, so make sure you head over and cheer your heart out for every athlete passing through, showing the world what OCR spirit is all about. The wait is over We know how long you have waited for this. For some it’s been a (long) year, for others it’s been a long-held dream. The moment is here, and so are you. This weekend you will stand toe-to-toe with the best OCR athletes in the world, and whichever category you’re racing in, you deserve to be here. You belong. Take a minute and look around, breathe it in. The beauty of a temporary event is that this moment will never exist again, and you are part of it. Shake your fellow competitor’s hand, and wish them well. You are in this together. The OCR community is about more than just sport. It’s lifelong friendships, it’s support forged in the mud, it’s a helping hand to someone you may never meet again. We are open to everyone, and this feeling spreads unmistakably throughout the event. We do our best to create a testing but enjoyable championships for our athletes. We try and deliver on each of our races to give you exactly what you want and need, but without you, we would be nothing. To every racer, every supporter, all the marshals, and volunteers. The families who come down and cheer for hours, the muddy hugs, and high fives... ...You make the races what they are. We build the obstacles, but you create the event. Thank you.
